Common use of Parties; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Parties; Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective successors and assigns of each Borrower, Agent and each Lender. Each Borrower’s successors and assigns shall include, without limitation, a trustee, receiver or debtor-in-possession of or for such Borrower. Nothing contained in this Section 10.6 shall be deemed to modify Section 10.2. This Agreement is the complete statement of the agreement by and among Borrowers, Agent and each Lender and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and representations between them with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
