Parties; Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective successors and assigns of Borrower and Lender. Borrower's successors and assigns shall include, without limitation, a trustee, receiver or debtor-in-possession of or for Borrower.
