Common use of Parties; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Parties; Entire Agreement. This Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective successors and assigns of Borrower and Lender. Borrower's successors and assigns shall include, without limitation, a trustee, receiver or debtor-in- possession of or for Borrower. Nothing contained in this Section 13.6 shall be deemed to modify Section 13.2. This Agreement is the complete statement of the agreement by and between Borrower and Lender and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and representations between them with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
