This Agreement shall not be construed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, or agency between you and Dealer and you or any Fund, nor to create an employer-employee relationship between you and Dealer. Dealer acknowledges that it is an independent contractor, that its business is its own and entirely separate from that of you and the Funds, and that it will not deal with or represent itself to the public in any other way.
