PARTIES & PERSONS BOUND Clause Samples

The "Parties & Persons Bound" clause defines who is legally obligated by the terms of the agreement. It typically specifies that not only the named parties but also their successors, assigns, or representatives are subject to the contract’s provisions. This ensures that the rights and obligations under the agreement continue to apply even if the parties change due to assignment, merger, or other legal transitions, thereby maintaining the enforceability and continuity of the contract.
