Representatives Authority. These representatives will not have the authority to deliver or file a grievance. Only the President or Vice President may actually file, deliver, or process a grievance or represent bargaining unit member(s) at a disciplinary hearing. In their absence the President or Vice President may specifically designate another elected Union official to attend meetings when requested by the City. Ordinarily the President or Vice President will represent bargaining unit members at disciplinary or grievance hearings. The performance of these duties shall not interfere with the normal work responsibilities of the representative, other than the President and Vice President.
Representatives Authority. Each Party has authorized its Representative to conduct discussions and negotiations, make and communicate decisions, frame and pose questions or issues, and resolve Disputes on behalf of that Party relating to this Agreement. Though one Party's employees or agents other than its Representative may also take actions of the kinds described in the preceding sentence with the other Party's employees or agents other than its Representative, matters that require more formal discussions or negotiations between Parties shall be addressed through and by the Representatives. Each Party and its Representative are entitled to rely on the actions and decisions of the other Party's Representative relating to this Agreement.

Representatives Authority. CODE shall provide the City a list of appointed CODE Representatives. The appointed CODE Representatives will not have the authority to deliver or file a grievance. Only the President or Vice President(s) may actually file, deliver, or process a grievance. The President may designate up to three Representatives to represent a bargaining unit member at disciplinary or grievance hearings, except that the President or Vice President(s) may designate legal counsel to represent bargaining unit member(s) at a grievance or disciplinary hearing. In advance of any meeting (except arbitration) where the Union intends to have legal counsel present, it shall notify the City. With the approval of the City the Union may have more than three Representatives at any such meeting. The performance of these duties shall not interfere with the normal work responsibilities of the representative, other than the President and Vice-president(s).
Representatives Authority. The Company’s legal representative has the necessary power and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement on its behalf, which powers and authorities have not been modified, limited or revoked in any manner.
Representatives Authority. The Riverstone Sponsor’s legal representative has the necessary power and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement on its behalf, which powers and authorities have not been modified, limited or revoked in any manner.
Representatives Authority. The Management Sponsor Entity’s legal representative has the necessary power and authority to execute and deliver this Agreement on its behalf, which powers and authorities have not been modified, limited or revoked in any manner.
Representatives Authority. Consultant shall have no right or authority, either express or implied, to assume or create, on behalf of the District, any obligation or responsibility of whatsoever kind or nature.
Representatives Authority. Without the prior written approval of BMO Insurance, the Representative shall not negotiate, or enter into contracts and/or agreements on behalf of BMO Insurance and BMO Insurance shall not be bound by any contracts and/or agreements made by the Representative. This clause shall not affect or prejudice the Representative's right to solicit applications for insurance and/or annuities for the purposes of concluding insurance contracts between any person and BMO Insurance. The Representative has no authority to make, modify or discharge any insurance or annuity contract, nor to waive any forfeitures, nor to incur any liability or debt for or against BMO Insurance, nor to receive any monies due or to become due to BMO Insurance, except on premium notices, which have been sent to the policy owner, and then only provided that the terms and provisions contained in the said notices shall be strictly complied with and the Representative has no authority to credit or remit premiums not actually or properly received in accordance with the insurance contract and the instructions of BMO Insurance, and his powers shall extend no further than as expressly stated in this Agreement. The Representative may exercise his own judgment as to the persons from whom he will solicit applications for insurance and/or annuity policies and the time and place of solicitation provided that he agrees to do nothing which is not in the best interests of BMO Insurance, its policy owners, and its applicants for insurance and/or annuities.
Representatives Authority. Company shall have no right or authority, either express or implied, to assume or create, on behalf of the District, any obligation or responsibility of whatsoever kind or nature.
