Common use of Parties’ Representatives Clause in Contracts

Parties’ Representatives. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall serve as the SBCCOG’s representative for the administration of the project. All activities performed by the Consultant shall be coordinated with this person. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be in charge of the project for the Consultant on all matters relating to this Agreement and any agreement or approval made by him shall be binding on the Consultant. This person shall not be replaced without the written consent of the SBCCOG.
