Parties’ Rights and Obligations to be Governed by Lease. If, during the Term of this Lease, there is any Condemnation of all or any part of the Premises, any Improvements on the Premises or any interest in this Lease by Condemnation, the rights and obligations of the parties shall be determined pursuant to the provisions of this Article 6.
