Common use of PARTIES TO MOU Clause in Contracts

PARTIES TO MOU. This MOU is entered into on December 4, 2015, between the City Administrative Officer, as authorized management representative of the City Council, and the authorized management representatives of the Library Department, (hereinafter referred to as "Management") and authorized representatives of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, (AFSCME), Council 36, Local 2626, AFL-CIO, (hereinafter referred to as "Union") as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Librarian Unit.

PARTIES TO MOU. ‌ This MOU is entered into on December 42, 20152022, between the City Administrative Officer, as authorized management representative of the City CouncilCity, and the authorized management representatives of the Library Department, (hereinafter referred to as "Management") and authorized representatives of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, (AFSCME), Council 36, Local 2626, AFL-CIO, (hereinafter referred to as "Union") as the exclusive recognized employee organization for the Librarian Unit.
