Common use of Parties to Supply Devices Clause in Contracts

Parties to Supply Devices. 1.1.1 The Transporter shall supply, operate and maintain, or cause to be supplied, operated and maintained, suitable gauging devices for the LNG tanks of the LNG Tanker, as well as pressure and temperature measuring devices, in accordance with Paragraph 1.2 of this Part C of this Schedule 4 and Exhibit A, and any other measurement, gauging or testing devices which are incorporated in the structure of such LNG Tanker or customarily maintained on shipboard. 1.1.2 Project Co shall supply, operate and maintain, or cause to be supplied, operated and maintained, devices required for collecting samples and for determining quality and composition of the delivered LNG at the Loading Port, in accordance with Paragraph 1.2 of this Part C of this Schedule 4 and Exhibit A, and any other measurement, gauging or testing devices which are necessary to perform the measurement and testing required hereunder at the Loading Port.
