Parties to the Dispute. FIS agrees that it alone shall, to the extent it is legally and reasonably able to do so, institute an action for breach of this Agreement against FNT on behalf of itself or on behalf of Customers. FIS shall cause each Customer to agree that FIS shall be the sole entity to institute an action for breach of this Agreement by FNT.
