Representatives of the Parties. WRCOG’s Executive Director, or his or her designee, shall serve as WRCOG’s representative and shall have the authority to act on behalf of WRCOG for all purposes under this Agreement. Representatives of the Parties. 1. The IAA may demand the replacement of the Local Agent, at its sole discretion, for any reason and at any time, and the Supplier will be obligated to replace the Local Agent. The identity of the replacing representative shall be approved in advance by the IAA and in writing. 5.6. The Supplier shall be fully responsible and liable for any act and/or omission of the Local Agent in connection with actions and/or omissions made on behalf of the Supplier and/or hereunder.

Representatives of the Parties. 13.11.1 References in this Agreement to the “County” shall mean the County of San Xxxx Obispo and all actions to be taken by County shall be taken by the Board of Supervisors except as provided below.
