Partner Rights. No Optionholder shall be deemed to be partner of the Partnership, or to have any of the rights of a partner or rights of an assignee from a partner with respect to, any Common Units subject to the Option unless and until such Optionholder has satisfied all requirements for exercise of the Option pursuant to its terms.
