Subject to Contractor’s approval and the certifications held by its Partners/Resellers, many Partners/Resellers can also offer and provide some or all of the Services as listed above at competitive pricing, along with local presence and support. As the primary Contractor (OEM), Contractor is ultimately responsible for the service and performance of its Partners/ Resellers. Customers may have the option to purchase the Services to be directly delivered by Contractor (OEM) or its certified Partners/Resellers.
