Common use of Partner Type 1 Clause in Contracts

Partner Type 1. A Partner Type 1 is a legal entity and is any member-based organization that has acknowledged competency in the area of the work and is willing to:  Provide strategic direction to the Partnership;  Encourage its members to participate in the technical work of the Partnership as oneM2M Members; and  Commit itself to the undertakings included in this Agreement.
