Common use of PARTNER4WORK Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

PARTNER4WORK Responsibilities. PARTNER4WORK shall monitor, evaluate and provide guidance and direction to SUBGRANTEE in the conduct of Approved Services performed under this Agreement. PARTNER4WORK has the responsibility to determine whether SUBGRANTEE has spent funds in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, the agreement and shall monitor the activities of SUBGRANTEE to ensure that SUBGRANTEE has met such requirements. PARTNER4WORK may require SUBGRANTEE to take corrective action if deficiencies are found.

PARTNER4WORK has the responsibility to determine whether SUBGRANTEE SUBRECIPIENT has spent funds in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, including the agreement federal audit requirements and agreements and shall monitor the activities of SUBGRANTEE SUBRECIPIENT to ensure that SUBGRANTEE SUBRECIPIENT has met such requirements. PARTNER4WORK may require SUBGRANTEE SUBRECIPIENT to take corrective action if deficiencies are found.
