Partnering and Dispute Resolution. 16.1 General Dispute Resolution Provisions Partnering will be encouraged in preference to formal dispute resolution mechanisms. Partnering in this context is intended to be a voluntary, non-binding procedure available for use by the Parties to resolve any issues that may arise during performance of the Maintenance Services.

  • Complaints and Dispute Resolution 16.1 Where a dispute arises in connection with any aspect of this Agreement, the parties acting with good faith, will use all reasonable endeavours to bring any such issue to the attention of the other party in a timely fashion and in any event within 60 days of any such dispute coming to their attention.

  • Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 15.1 The execution, validity, interpretation of this Agreement and the disputes resolution under this Agreement shall be governed by PRC laws.

  • Alternative Dispute Resolution Prior to filing of litigation, the parties may select non-binding mediation as a method of conflict resolution for issues arising out of or relating to this procurement process or any contract resulting from or any contemplated transaction. The parties agree that if non-binding mediation is chosen as a resolution process, the parties must agree to the chosen mediator(s) and that all mediation venue shall be at a location in Xxx Xxxxx County, Texas or agreed by the parties. The parties agree to share equally the cost of the mediation process and venue cost.
