Common use of Partners, Shareholders and Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Partners, Shareholders and Beneficiaries. All of the partners in the Subsidiary Partnerships (other than Redearth Partnership), all of the shareholders in the corporate Restricted Subsidiaries, all of the trustees (except as may be otherwise required by applicable Law or to preserve the status or properties of any Subsidiary Trust in which case a third party professionally qualified trustee will be permitted) and beneficiaries of the Subsidiary Trusts and all of the administrators of the Trust and the Subsidiary Trusts will at all times be Harvest Parties.
