Partnership Agreement Conditions. 2.1.1. The duration of this Agreement will be from the date of its signatures by both parties until 31st March 2020 unless terminated earlier under the terms of this Agreement. 2.1.2. In the event of conflict between the interpretation of the terms and conditions of grant and those of the Agreement, the Fund’s terms and conditions (appended at Schedule 1) will take precedence. 2.1.3. The Agreement will be terminated if for any reason the Big Lottery Fund (‘the Fund’) needs to suspend or terminate the grant.
