Partnership Agreement Obligations. Vivendi shall comply with the terms of Section 10.03 of the Partnership Agreement and Universal shall comply with the terms of Sections 8.07 and 10.03 of the Partnership Agreement, in each case, as if it were a party to such agreement. Vivendi shall cause the general partner of the Partnership to perform all of its obligations as the general partner under the Partnership Agreement.
