Common use of Partnership Business Clause in Contracts

Partnership Business. The purpose and activity of the Partnership shall be to acquire assets from federal and state banking and savings and loan agencies, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"), the Resolution Trust Corporation ("RTC") and various other sources in order to derive income from managing, servicing, operating or selling those assets or collecting monies due and payable from those assets.

Partnership Business. The purpose and activity of the Partnership shall be to (i) acquire assets from federal and state banking and savings and loan agencies, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"), the Resolution Trust Corporation ("RTC") agencies and various other sources in order to derive income from managing, servicing, operating or selling those assets or collecting monies due and payable from those assetsassets and (ii) potentially utilize a portion of the Net Proceeds to provide expansion capital for one or more of the Partnership's servicing entities and acquire ownership interests therein.

The purpose and activity of the Partnership shall be to acquire distressed assets from federal and state banking and savings and loan agencies, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"), the Resolution Trust Corporation ("RTC") and various other sources in order to derive income from managing, servicing, operating or selling those distressed assets or collecting monies due and payable from those distressed assets.
