Perform and comply with, and cause each of the General Partner and the Parent to perform and comply in all material respects with all its obligations under each of the Partnership Documents to which it is a party and enforce and cause each of the General Partner and the Parent to enforce, in all material respects, each such Partnership Document against each other party thereto.
