Membership DuesThe Company will reimburse the Executive for: (a) the monthly dues necessary to maintain a full membership in a club in the Oklahoma City area selected by the Executive; and (b) the reasonable cost of any approved business entertainment at such club. All other costs, including, without implied limitation, any initiation costs, initial membership costs, personal use and business entertainment unrelated to the Company will be the sole obligation of the Executive and the Company will have no liability with respect to such amounts.
Membership Dues. The Sector may, to the extent necessary for the payment of the costs and expenses associated with the administration and management of the Sector (including the payment of the Manager’s salary), require the payment by the Members of annual membership dues and/or poundage fees. Such annual membership dues and/or poundage fees shall be fixed by resolution of the Board prior to the commencement of the applicable fishing year or at such other time as the Board may deem necessary or appropriate.
Membership Dues. In each fiscal year, the Appointing Authority may reimburse each supervisor in the bargaining unit for membership dues paid to professional organizations related to the supervisor's job, up to a cumulative maximum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). However, the Appointing Authority shall not reimburse membership dues to a supervisor for payment to an organization, one of whose purposes is to negotiate terms and conditions of employment of supervisors with the Employer.
Membership Dues. The Board will deduct from the pay of each employee who so authorizes it the required amount of fees for the payment of state and local dues of the bargaining unit on a monthly basis. The authorization of membership shall be continuous and revocable. Local dues shall be sent to the Local Treasurer. The Board agrees not to honor any check off authorization or dues deduction authorization executed by any employee in the bargaining unit in favor of any other labor organization. Dues shall be deducted for months worked only. Subject to the above, Local 102 agrees to hold the Board harmless and to defend the Board in any suit, claim or administrative proceeding arising out of or connected with the imposition, determination, or collection of service fees or dues, to indemnify and defend the Board for any liability imposed on it as a result of any such suit, claim or administrative proceeding. The Union shall select qualified, competent attorneys. Such indemnification and defense shall not extend to claims against the Board for discrimination on the basis of race, sex or national origin because of clerical or other errors by Board employees. For purposes of this Section, the term “Board” includes the Board of Education of the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District, its members, the Treasurer/CFO, Superintendent and all members of the administrative staff. Should this indemnification agreement be found invalid or void by any court, the entire Section may be reopened for negotiations by request of either party. Membership Dues. The amount of dues deducted shall be uniform for all members of each category in the bargaining unit, that is, all full-time bargaining unit members shall pay a uniform amount, all permanent part-time bargaining unit members shall pay a uniform amount (which may be less than the amount paid by the full-time bargaining unit members), and all intermittent bargaining unit members shall pay a uniform amount. The Union may uniformly increase or reduce the amount to be withheld by notifying the University a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the pay date on which the change is to be implemented; the Union may make one (1) such change each calendar year of this Agreement. In the event the Union and/or its affiliates believe that membership in the Union and/or its affiliates obligates a member or members of the bargaining unit to pay dues in addition to the dues established by this article, collection of such dues shall be the sole responsibility of the Union and/or its affiliates, and the University shall have no obligation to the Union for collection of such additional dues.

Membership Dues. 1. For employees who elect to join the Association, CCPS agrees to deduct from teachers' salaries membership dues as follows: The Association will deliver to CCPS by September 15 forms signed by the teachers authorizing CCPS to deduct from their salary their professional dues in the Xxxxxxx Education Association, the Maryland State Education Association and National Education Association. The deductions shall be made in nineteen (19) equal installments, beginning with the salary check issued on or about October 1 of each year. This authorization shall be valid as long as such signators are employed in the Xxxxxxx County schools, unless they countermand it in writing to the Association and CCPS prior to September 5 of any school year. In case of resignation within a school year, the balance due that year will be deducted from their final salary check. 2. The Association will certify to CCPS in writing the current rate of membership dues. Association will give CCPS fifteen (15) days written notice prior to the effective date of any change in the rate of dues. 3. No later than November 1 of each year, CCPS will provide the Association with a list of those teachers from whom dues were deducted on the October payroll. 4. CCPS agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association. 5. CCPS shall be indemnified and saved harmless by the Association against any and all claims, demands, suits, or any other forms of liability that shall rise out of or by reason of action taken or not taken by CCPS for the purposes of complying with any of the provisions of this section, or in reliance of any list, notice or assignment furnished under any such provisions.
