Common use of Partnership etc Clause in Contracts

Partnership etc. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture or agency between the parties and, save as to the extent required by Arrow to give effect to a Product Agreement, neither party shall have any authority or power to bind, contract in the name of or create a liability for or against the other.
