Partnership Expenses. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Partnership shall be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the business of the Partnership. In the event any such costs and expenses are or have been paid by any Partner, then, except as expressly provided herein to the contrary, such Partner shall be entitled to be reimbursed for such payment. The payments and reimbursements provided in this Section 2.02 shall be made regardless of whether any distributions are made to the Partners under Article IV hereof.
