Common use of Partnership Name Clause in Contracts

Partnership Name. The business of the Partnership shall be conducted under the name of "Bradxxx Xxxrating Limited Partnership;" provided, however, that the General Partner may, from time to time, change the name of the Partnership or may adopt such trade or fictitious names as it may determine.
