Common use of Partnership Name Clause in Contracts

Partnership Name. The name of the Partnership shall be the “2011-D Bayou City Two Well Drilling Program, L.P.” and all business of the Partnership shall be conducted in such name. The Managing General Partner may change the name of the Partnership upon ten days notice to the Partners.
