Partnership Name. The name of the Partnership is Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP. The General Partner may from time to time change the name of the Partnership and adopt one or more fictitious names for use by the Partnership. The words “Limited Partnership,” “LP” or similar words or letters will be included in the Partnership’s name when necessary for the purposes of complying with the laws of any jurisdiction that so requires.
