Partnership Officers. (a) The Partnership Governance Committee may select natural persons who are (or upon becoming an officer will be) agents or employees of the Partnership to be designated as officers of the Partnership, with such titles as the Partnership Governance Committee shall determine.

Partnership Officers. (a) The Partnership Governance Committee may select natural persons who are (or upon becoming an officer will be) agents or employees of the Partnership to be designated as officers of the Partnership, with such titles as the Partnership Governance Committee shall determine. The Partnership Governance Committee also shall appoint a Secretary and may appoint such other officers and assistant officers and agents as may be deemed necessary or desirable and such persons shall perform such duties in the management of the Partnership as may be provided in this Agreement or as may be determined by Partnership Governance Committee Action.
