Partnerships, Etc. Become a general partner in any general or limited partnership or a joint venturer in any joint venture; provided, however, that the Loan Parties may, in the aggregate, participate in joint ventures on individual contracts not exceeding $30,000,000 in price individually or $50,000,000 in price in the aggregate at any one time outstanding, and in joint ventures for construction contracts in the ordinary course of business requiring a surety bond in any amount that is bonded by a surety company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at the written request of a Loan Party, and with the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders in their discretion, any such transaction may be excluded from the foregoing requirements of this Section 9.13.
