Partnerships; Joint Ventures. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership or joint venture by and among the parties hereto. FORCE MAJEURE No party to this Agreement will be responsible for delays resulting from acts beyond the reasonable control of such party, provided that the nonperforming party uses commercially reasonable efforts to avoid or remove such causes of nonperformance and continues performance hereunder as soon as practicable as soon as such causes are avoided, rectified or removed.
