Party to Notify Force Majeure Events. Where a PARTY is claiming suspension of its obligations on account of Force Majeure, it shall promptly, but in no case later than 24 hours after the occurrence of the event of Force Majeure, notify the other PARTY in writing giving full particulars of the Force Majeure, the estimated duration thereof, the obligations affected and the reasons for its suspension.
