Pass Through Trustee and Agents May Hold. Pass Through Certificates; Collections. The Pass Through Trustee and any agent of the Pass Through Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Pass Through Certificates with the same rights it would have if it were not the Pass Through Trustee or such agent and, subject to the applicable provisions of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company, any Related Indenture Trustee or Related Owner Trustee and receive, collect, hold and retain collections therefrom with the same rights it would have if it were not the Pass Through Trustee or such agent.
