Passageways. The sidewalk, passages, lobbies, corridors, elevators and stairways shall not be obstructed by Tenant; or used except for ingress and egress from and to the Premises. The doors, skylights, windows and transoms that reflect or admit light into passageways or into any place in said Building/s, shall not be covered or obstructed by Tenant.
Passageways. No portion of the sidewalks, ramps, driveways, or access to public utilities of KBHCCD shall be obstructed by User or used for any other purpose other than for ingress or egress from the Premises without the prior written consent of KBHCCD. The doors, skylights, stairways or openings that reflect or admit light into any place in the building, including hallways, fire hose cabinets, and housing lighting equipment shall not be covered or obstructed by User without the prior written consent of KBHCCD. User shall submit to KBHCCD at least 60 days prior to the first official move in day an exhibit booth diagram or floor plan.
Passageways. The Hirer shall not permit anything to obstruct any service or emergency passageway within the Centre.
Passageways. Tenant shall neither encumber nor obstruct the passageways adjoining the Premises or in other areas of the Shopping Center, nor allow the same to be obstructed or encumbered in any manner, including, but not limited to the use of same for displays, advertising or the sale of merchandise.
Passageways. Renter shall not obstruct any portion of the sidewalks, ramps, entryways, corridors, vestibules, lobbies, elevators, doorways, stairways, driveways, fire hoses, cabinets, access to or the admittance of electrical, emergency or natural lighting, or access to utilities at the Premises. The Fire Department or other City representatives may inspect at any time.
Passageways. No portion of the sidewalks, ramps, entries, corridors, passageways, vestibules, halls, lobbies, stairways, aisles, driveways, or access to public utilities of the Premises shall be obstructed by Lessee or used for any other purpose other than for ingress or egress from the Premises without the prior written consent of the Manager. The doors, skylights, stairways or opening that reflects or admits light into any place in the building, including hallways, fire hose cabinets, corridors, passageways, radiators and house lighting appurtenances shall not be covered or obstructed by Lessee without the prior written consent of the Manager.
Passageways. The sidewalks, halls, passages, exits, entrances, elevators and stairways shall not be obstructed by any Tenant or used by them for any purpose other than for ingress and egress from their respective Premises.
Passageways. The sidewalks, passages, and driveways shall not be obstructed by Tenant. If Tenant is using the driveways to load or unload the Tenant will not unreasonable block the driveway that it prevents access by other Tenants to the other Premises.
Passageways. All "common" areas, including entrances, lobbies, hallways, walkways, plazas, parking areas and all other exterior areas of the facility are under the exclusive control of DIRECTOR. No portion of common areas, including the parking lots, sidewalks, ramps, entries, corridors, passageways, halls, stairwells, aisles, and driveways shall be obstructed by USER or used for any other purpose other than for ingress or egress from the facilities without prior written consent of DIRECTOR.
Passageways. The Renter will permit no chairs, equipment or property to be or remain in the passageways, and will keep said passage-ways clear at all times.
