Password Standards. State Street must document a password policy with a reasonably secure method of assigning and selecting passwords, or the use of unique identifier technologies, such as biometrics or token devices that cover all systems that store, access, transmit or process Client Data. Where technically feasible, passwords cannot be vendor supplied default passwords. This policy shall define standards for controlling password length, strength and change frequency.
