Common use of Past Acts Clause in Contracts

Past Acts. InterTrust hereby releases Sony from any and all claims of infringement of any Licensed Patents with respect to any Licensed Products And Services, in any field, made, used, sold, offered for sale, leased, imported or otherwise transferred before the Effective Date of this Amendment to the extent licensed. InterTrust further releases Sony’s customers, distributors and end-users in connection with Licensed Products And Services provided by Sony prior to the Effective Date of this Amendment.
