Common use of Past Agreements Clause in Contracts

Past Agreements. The parties agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between them and that any and all previous Agreements or practices, Supplementary Agreements, Letters of Intent, Understanding, etc. whenever made and whether or not reduced to writing, are hereby cancelled and that, effective upon the signing of this Agreement, the Company’s obligations respecting conditions of employment, working conditions, employee benefits and wages are limited exclusively to those specifically stated in this Agreement.
