Common use of Past IP Dispositions Clause in Contracts

Past IP Dispositions. Except for the Contracts set forth on Part 2.9(c) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, none of the Company Entities has assigned or otherwise transferred ownership of, or agreed to assign or otherwise transfer ownership of, any material Intellectual Property Right to any other Person.

Past IP Dispositions. Except for the Contracts as set forth on in Part 2.9(c2.9(g)(iv) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, since March 31, 2007, none of the Company Entities Acquired Corporations has assigned or otherwise transferred ownership of, or agreed to assign or otherwise transfer ownership of, any material Intellectual Property Right owned by or exclusively licensed to any of the Acquired Corporations to any other Person.
