Patent and Cultivation rights. 1. An employee who produces an invention that might be subject to patent during or in connection with his job or who during cultivation work creates a species on which cultivation rights can be claimed is obliged to report this to the employer before any public written announcements under submission of particulars so the employer can form an opinion on the nature of the inventions or species.
