Common use of Patent Certification Clause in Contracts

To the extent required by law or permitted by law, the Parties shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to maintain with the applicable Regulatory Authorities during the Term correct and complete listings of applicable Patent Rights for the Licensed Product being commercialized.
