Common use of Patent Extensions Clause in Contracts

Patent Extensions. a Licensee will apply for an extension of the term of any patent included within The Regents’ Patent Rights, if appropriate, under the Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act of 1984 and/or European, Japanese and other foreign counterparts.
