PATENT MAINTENANCE FEES. 16.00 Relevant to PATENT(S) and in the event that patents issue on PATENT APPLICATIONS and IMPROVEMENTS, described in Section 2.12, or other patents subsequently issued related to the LICENSED PRODUCT and LICENSED TECHNOLOGY, maintenance fees shall be paid by LICENSEE and documentation of payment shall be provided to LICENSOR. LICENSEE, upon request of LICENSOR, shall provide LICENSOR with records and schedules of maintenance fee due dates.
