Patent Prosecution Reimbursement. COMPANY will reimburse LICENSOR, within thirty (30) days of the EFFECTIVE DATE the amount of [***] for costs associated with the preparation, filing, maintenance, and prosecution of PATENT RIGHTS incurred by LICENSOR on or before the EFFECTIVE DATE.
