PATENT TERM RESTORATION AND OTHER EXTENSIONS OF PATENT LIFE. The parties shall keep each other informed of the issuance of each U.S. patent and foreign patent within Patents, giving the date of issuance and patent numbers, and each notice pertaining to any patent included within Patents which it receives as patent owner pursuant to the Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act of 1984 or any THIS EXHIBIT HAS BEEN REDACTED AND IS THE SUBJECT OF A CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUEST. All such notices shall be given promptly, but in any case within 10 days of each such patent's date of issue or receipt of each such notice under such Act or equivalent, whichever is applicable. The parties shall cooperate in attaining any such permitted extensions of patent life.
