Patents and Permits. The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, (i) maintain all permits, licenses, consents or other approvals of any Government Authority or any Person and (ii) maintain in full force and effect and protect patents, trademarks, tradenames or other intellectual property rights, the failure of which to maintain or protect would result in a Material Adverse Effect.
