Patents in Good Standing. As of the Effective Date, in respect of any Licensed Patents listed on Appendix A, all maintenance fees and other payments required to be made in connection with or to maintain such applications for the Licensed Patents have been made in each of the jurisdictions in which such applications have been filed; and (i) Sufficiency of Grants. As of the Effective Date, to RGX’s knowledge [***], no Third Party Patent or other proprietary right would be infringed by the development, manufacturing, marketing, supply and other commercialization activities for any Collaboration Product in the Field in the Territory as contemplated by this Agreement.
