Paternity Leave Pay. A teacher, whose spouse has given birth to a child, who is otherwise eligible for and has been granted leave under FMLA for reason A-1 may request to use up to ten (10) consecutive Accumulated Sick Leave Days during the period of the FMLA leave. The remainder of the leave will be without pay and subject to the normal conditions of leave under FMLA.
