Common use of Patient Advocate Clause in Contracts

Patient Advocate. Patient advocate" shall mean an employee of the Office of Advocacy of the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation appointed pursuant to 34-B M.R.S.A. § 1205 and performing duties at AMHI.
