Common use of Patient Information and Records Clause in Contracts

Patient Information and Records. Manager and its employees, agents and independent contractors shall safeguard the confidentiality of all medical information pertaining to patients treated by or through Practice and shall comply with all federal and state laws and regulations and all Practice rules or policies with respect to the use and disclosure of such information, including but not limited to the provisions of the Business Associate Agreement as set forth in Exhibit “C” of this Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
