Patient Notification System. Supplier understands that the Patient Notification System (“PNS”) was created to provide a fast, confidential method to provide information to Consumers on Recall or Withdrawal events. Supplier agrees, at its cost, to participate in the PNS as a subscriber and to provide all information regarding Recalls or Withdrawals to PNS at the same time the information is provided to Health Canada and CBS.
